Your terms and conditions of use

Dreamland Shop (referred below as the Site) is a French company registered under number company number 750 182 081 (valued added tax number FR76 750182081) with its registered address 914 rue de la Valsière, 34790 Grabels. By ordering any product via the Site, the customer signifies his acceptance to this agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes to this agreement will be effective when posted on

1. The Customer

The customer represents and warrants being at least 18, being capable of entering into binding contracts and having full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale. To be able to order products from Dreamland Shop, the customer will have to complete an online registration form. The customer ensures that the information provided in his account and in his order are accurate ad complete. Furthermore the customer will update his registration information to keep this information true and complete.  If not Dreamland Shop can not be responsible for not being able to deliver the ordered product. Dreamland Shop reserves the right to cancel any contract if the IP address does not match the billing and/or shipping address.

2. Products

All products offered are described on the Site.

Dreamland Shop takes great care in presenting and describing its products in order to convey the information in the best way possible. However it is possible that other content on the Site may not be accurate or error-free which the customer is aware of and accepts. In any case, if the delivered product does not match the description on the Site, the customer will have the possibility to either use the ‘cooling-off’ period or to ask Dreamland Shop to ensure compliance in exchanging the product or giving you a refund (partly or totally) of the amount that you paid.

3. The Order

To place an order, you will be required to follow the shopping process online, established by Dreamland Shop and press the “Authorize payment” button to submit the order.

Prior to confirm the order, the customer will be able to change some possible errors and to check the final amount of the shopping cart. Confirmed orders are equivalent to contracts.

Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as your order constitutes your offer to us to buy one or more products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail.

 Dreamland Shop will refuse any contract with a customer who made a speculative, false or fraudulent order in the past.

 After this, you will receive an e-mail from Dreamland Shop acknowledging that we have received your order (product, price, in-stock products…). For this purpose, Dreamland is authorized by the customer to use his e-mail to confirm the ordered product. In any case, invoices are handed in with the delivery. 

Down payment

A 10% down payment will be asked for each advance order the customer makes.

It is possible to cancel an advance order, but the down payment will not be refunded because of contractual obligation with our suppliers.


4. Price and payments

 1. Pricing

 Prices offered on the Site are quoted in Euros, all valued added taxes included. Such prices do not include shipping and handling.

The total price (sales taxes, shipping and handling included) is mentioned in the shopping cart.

 Dreamland Shop reserves the right to change the prices at any time but any potential change will not affect any order for which a shipment confirmation as already been sent.

 2. Payments

 Complete payment must be made upon the submission of your order.

 You may pay for the products by credit card. Payment for the products can only be made online via our secure shopping cart. The customer must supply his credit card details when a order is placed. The amount will be charged by Dreamland Shop upon confirmation of your order.

 The registered data are kept by the Site to keep a proof of the order and the past transactions.

3. Customs duty

All products ordered on the Site and delivered outside of France is dutiable. Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.  

 5. Delivery

The order is shipped to the delivery address once the customer’s account has been debited or once the check has been cashed.

 The product is delivered to the shipping address given by the customer. It is not possible to deliver in a hotel or to a P.O box address.

 In order for the customer not to suffer any delay or non-delivery, his contact information (name, street number, floor…) must be complete and accurate.

 All shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and Dreamland Shop will have no liability to the customer for delays associated with shipping and delivery.

 If the customer believes any part of the purchase is missing, incorrect or damaged, the customer must notify the carrier and Dreamland Shop within three (3) days after the receipt of the order. 

 6. 'Cooling-off' period

The customer may cancel a contract to purchase a product at any time within seven (7) working days after the day he received the relevant product. The customer must return the product to Dreamland Shop immediately in the same condition in which he received it, unused, in its original packing, with the ordering number to the following address:

 Returned products will be refunded (excluded shipping cots) in the accordance with the conditions mentioned in clause VII.

7. Refund

If the customer cancels the contract, Dreamland Shop will refund any money received from the customer using the same method originally used by the customer to pay for the purchase or by giving a voucher. Dreamland Shop will process the refund to the customer as soon as possible, in accordance with Clauses II and VI, within thirty (30) days of the day Dreamland Shop received the returned product.

 8. Applicable law

These terms of sale and all purchases hereunder shall be governed and construed under the French law, without regard to conflict of law rules. The customer agrees that the Courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the parties for all disputes. In case of a complaint about an order, the customer can contact the customer service in order to come to an amicable agreement.

 9. Protection of personal data

The procession of personal data is governed by the Clauses 15 and 16 of the ‘loi 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978’, under which the Site( is a data controller. Any personal data you provide will be held securely. The Site will use the customer ‘s personal data for the purpose(s) in relation to which you have provided it. The Site may however need to disclose personal data to a third party so that they can provide the service you have requested. The Site may additionally need to disclose information where there is a legitimate reason for disclosure (such as a court order). As a data subject the customer has the right to ask for a copy of his personal data and to ask to inaccuracies to be corrected.
